Paid Time-Off
Sick leave benefits allow you to be paid for time away from work if you become ill or injured. You may ask to use these benefits as soon as you start earning them. Full-time employees earn sick leave as described below:
• Employees earn three weeks of sick leave per year, allotted in monthly increments of 10 hours, accrued on the 15th day of the month following 30 days of employment.
• Employees may accrue up to 960 hours of sick leave. Upon reaching that maximum, excess sick leave hours are converted to vacation leave at a rate of 3:1.
Full-time employees begin earning vacation on the 15th day of the month following 30 days of employment, based on the schedule below. Employees may accrue up to 320 hours of vacation leave.

As a full-time employee, you will receive the following paid holidays each year:

Four County Mental Health Center provides Educational Leave and Allowance to Licensed staff.

Four County also pays the cost of the primary license Qualified Mental Health Professionals and Nurses are required to maintain.
Employee Retention Bonus to be paid out in 5-year intervals based on continuous employment and employment status at the time of the payout. Please see the PP&P for additional details.
